Comprehensive Answers to Support Your Journey

What exactly happens during a sound healing session?
You'll lie comfortably while I create therapeutic soundscapes using various instruments. Your nervous system naturally responds to the frequencies, shifting from stress states to deep relaxation. Many experience physical sensations, emotional releases, insights, or simply profound peace.

Is there scientific evidence for sound healing?
Yes! Research shows sound therapy can reduce cortisol (stress hormones), lower blood pressure, improve sleep quality, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. My research work explored these benefits extensively.

How does this relate to music therapy?
Music therapy uses music interventions to address specific therapeutic goals, often in clinical settings. Sound healing focuses more on the vibrational and meditative aspects of sound for overall wellbeing and spiritual growth.

About My Approach:

What makes your practice different from other sound healers?
I uniquely combine university-level music research with intuitive healing gifts. I use only premium therapeutic instruments, honor cultural traditions respectfully, and create deeply personalized experiences for each client.

Do you incorporate any religious or spiritual beliefs?
My practice honors the sacred nature of healing while remaining inclusive of all beliefs. I may reference universal spiritual concepts like energy and intention, but never impose specific religious frameworks.
